Job Title: Direct Sales Agents (70 Positions)
The main role is to support the sale of insurance products while maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through networking and marketing campaigns
- Participate in sales activations and promotional campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Promote Life and General Insurance products
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Prepare regular sales reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Form Four Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
- Knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Highly organized and self-motivated
General Requirements
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen aged 18 years and above
- Attach updated CV with contact details
- Provide certified academic certificates
- Attach copy of National ID, Voter ID, or Driving License
- Include introduction letter from local government
- Provide three referees with contacts
